Call outs are free in normal working hours. My policy is not to quote before I have seen the job itself. This is because each job is unique. That means when you get a quote, it is more likely to be accurate and there are no hidden extras. I will quote you an hourly rate – or price for the whole job. Any time travelling to collect non-standard materials (such as a part, taps, or pump) from our suppliers,you will be charged at an hourly rate, up to a maximum of one-hours travel time. We don’t charge for the collection of standard day-to-day parts, which we carry on the van (such as pipe, fittings, washers etc). Petrol, travel time and diagnosis is reflected in the hourly rate. Emergency out-of-hours calls are £60-an-hour.

There is no obligation to take the job forward.

Transparent Pricing

I will inform you of the labour charge upfront before I start the job. Any additional charges, such as parts, will be agreed with you at the property. Where additional works are required, I will inform you of the additional costs on site.
